Careers at Autism Care Partners represent more than a job – they are an opportunity to join a team of likeminded individuals who are passionate about changing the lives of the children we serve.

The Autism Care Partners’ provider team has a singular focus – improving the lives of our patients through ABA. Our team is comprised of a broad range of likeminded professionals who are passionate about improving the standard of care for individuals with developmental delays. We support each other while pursuing this mission… and have fun every step along the way.

ACP providers work in a variety of care settings as well as receive clinical guidance and administrative support. We focus on supporting professional development through clinical trainings and license assistance programming that support our therapists as they advance from Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) up to advanced degrees, including Board Certified Behavioral Analyst’s (BCBAs) and PhDs.

At ACP, experienced licensed professionals have the opportunity to manage their own caseloads as well as take on leadership positions in the organization.

For individuals who are just starting their careers, we’re thrilled to provide all necessary training as well as making tuition support programs available to those who have demonstrated their commitment to the field.

Testimonials

“Autism Care Partners provided our family with an amazing therapist! For the past year, her kindness, patience and competency has helped increase my son’s social and cognitive skills. The supervision provided for our son’s therapist, which included parent training in behavioral intervention methods, was informative and effective in handling some of my son’s most challenging behaviors.  As we transition out of ACP we will move forward with the behavioral intervention tools we learned to bring our son to his next level. Thank you!”

— Barbara J.

“I’ve had a great, hands-on experience with the organization and am able to apply what I’m learning in school to a real-life environment. Both Yndira and Rachel have been great mentors and very helpful throughout my growing professional career becoming a board-certified behavioral analyst.”
