At our New Rochelle Center, we offer both early intervention programming for children under the age of three and ABA programming for children over the age of three.
We operate as City Pro Group, an approved New York State Early Intervention Service Provider, to provide early intervention programming for children under the age of three who are either suspected of having or at risk for developmental delays or disabilities. Eligible children must be referred directly to the relevant county program to receive EIP services.
At City Pro Group we offer an in-depth approach to evaluating and diagnosing your child. Clinically proven evidence-based therapy ensures our clients receive the most effective care possible. But our job doesn’t stop there. We work with you to have a full partnership working alongside families to navigate the often overwhelming landscape and assist in coordinating care.
We operate as Autism Care Partners to provide ABA services (center-based or home-based) for children over the age of three.
Rachel Scott-Rosenbluth oversees the clinical delivery in our Mid-Atlantic region as a regional clinical director. She has 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); working in multiple settings but with a primary focus in home services. Her passion for behavior analysis is only superseded by her passion to teach others about the science of ABA. She oversees the region’s case supervisors, the after school program, master-level candidates in pursuit of their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), limited permit BCBAs in pursuit of their license (LBA), is our ACE provider presenter for continuing education (CEs) and more. She aims to have ACP be a place where clients reach their goals, staff will grow, and to promote a happy, warm, nurturing environment for all.
Derrice graduated from Adelphi University in 2021 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and is now the family liaison for Autism Care Partners New York Centers! Having previous experience with administrative assistance within various healthcare platforms and insurance organizations, she brings her passion for healthcare to assist families at ACP! She is excited to connect with families and support across the state to showcase the programming and services of Autism Care Partners.
