Psy.D.
Dr. Costa is a licensed clinical psychologist in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Dr. Costa joined Autism Care Partners as a post-doctoral trainee in 2019 specializing in assessment of autism spectrum disorders and ADHD. Upon completing her post-doctoral training, Dr. Costa joined Autism Care Partner as a full-time clinical psychologist and currently serves as the Regional Psychology Lead. Dr. Costa developed an early passion for supervision and training and serves as the training coordinator for pre-doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows. Dr. Costa earned her Psy.D. in clinical psychology with a focus in children and families and global mental health in 2019 from William James College.
Ph.D.
Dr. Borgos is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist in RI and MA. She also has an M.A. and CAGS in school psychology. Dr. Borgos has diverse experiences working in inpatient and outpatient hospitals, schools, and private practice. She joined Autism Care Partners in 2020, where she evaluates children and adults with developmental, psychiatric, and neuropsychological problems. She also enjoys working with and supervising graduate students and postdoctoral fellows at ACP.
LCSW, CGS-Trauma
Kaila is a licensed clinical social worker with a certificate of graduate studies in child and adolescent trauma. She joined Autism Care Partners in April 2020. Kaila provides therapeutic interventions for clients of varying ages; directs and oversees the Personal Assistance Services and Supports (PASS) program; and provides clinical supervision for Masters’-level interns from local colleges and universities. Prior to transitioning to ACP, Kaila spent nearly a decade working with court-involved youth and families. Kaila currently sees clients in individual, group, and family settings with the overarching goal of identifying and treating mental health, emotional, and behavioral concerns. Kaila earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree and Certificate in Graduate Studies from Rhode Island College in 2019 and her PEERS provider certification in 2022.
Dr.
Dr. DiBello graduated from Immaculata University’s Clinical Psychology program in Malvern, Pennsylvania. She is currently a post-doctoral fellow at Autism Care Partners at our Warwick RI location. Dr. DiBello is committed to helping clients learn more about themselves and work towards their goals through diagnostic evaluation and CBT-based therapies. She has experience with working with adults and children with autism spectrum disorders and mood disorders.
Family Liaison
Olga is the Family Liaison for the Psychological Assessment and Counseling Center. She joined Autism Care Partners in 2016. Olga is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and Portuguese creole. Olga has a certificate in medical billing, coding, and administration.
Dr.
Dr. Paré is a clinical neuropsychologist with 20 years of clinical experience. She was an Assistant Professor in the Department of Neurological Sciences at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and a Clinical Neuropsychologist at Nebraska Medicine, prior to moving to Connecticut a year ago. Dr. Paré completed her doctoral degree in clinical psychology, neuropsychology track, at Université Laval, in Quebec City. She completed an internship in neuropsychology with a focus on memory disorders and rehabilitation in Ottawa, Canada, as well as a 2-year fellowship in clinical neuropsychology and neuroimaging, with focus on memory disorders, at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, in Hanover, NH. While Dr. Paré’s primary clinical and research interests have been focus on memory disorder in aging, she has developed an interest in evaluation of autism spectrum disorder over the past year. Dr. Pare’s experience in providing services in medical and multidisciplinary settings has been a great asset in refining her skills in developmental disorders. In her free time, Dr. Paré enjoys being active in the outdoors, listening to live music, and cooking.

Salli Shon is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Salli received her Master’s in social work at New York University and has over 25 years of experience working with children and families across a broad spectrum of settings comprising foster care, residential treatment facilities, partial hospital programs, outpatient counseling centers and in-home ABA programs. Over 10 years ago, Salli specialized in Autism and pursued a post master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis. To further hone her skills in understanding and treating Autistic children and adolescents, Salli received training at Cornell Weill Medical Center to conduct the ADOS as part of a diagnostic evaluation protocol. Salli believes that to be effective, a practitioner requires both clinical competencies and empathy. Salli’s current role at Autism Care Partners include regional social work lead, diagnostician, and managing BCBA of the Avon CT center.
