About our Ludlow Center
At our Ludlow center, we offer a comprehensive approach to evaluation and treatment. Clinically proven, evidence-based therapy ensures our clients receive the most effective care possible. Our clinicians implement assent-based learning throughout the day to foster a compassionate, person-centered approach to assessment, intervention, and decision-making. And our job doesn’t stop there. We work alongside families to create a full partnership to navigate the often-overwhelming landscape and assist in coordinating care.
Kristin Szpakowski
Managing BCBA for Ludlow Center
Kristin is a Board Certified and licensed Behavior Analyst and is the Managing BCBA at our Ludlow, MA, location. She has worked in the school system both as a BCBA and a Special Education Teacher with a variety of ages from 3-22. She has also worked in home-based services. She received her undergraduate degree from Fitchburg State University in Special Education and Psychology and got her Master’s Degree from Cambridge College. She has a passion for working with children with autism and their families. When she is not at work, she is spending time with her husband and their three children. Her favorite place to be is at the beach!
Molly Bashaw
Family Liaison for Ludlow
Molly is the Family Liaison at ACP’s Ludlow, Massachusetts location. She has a bachelor’s degree in juvenile justice and youth advocacy from Wheelock College. She has spent the last decade working alongside neurodiverse learners and their families. Molly holds a particular passion for fostering family engagement and empowerment and is committed to assisting families in acquiring essential resources.
