Kaitlyn, Managing BCBA of ACP’s Lawrence Center, has been working with working with individuals on the autism spectrum, ages 2-20, for 6 years now. Kaitlyn attended the University of Massachusetts Lowell, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, minor in Disability Studies and concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis. She furthered her education at UMass Lowell, graduating with a Master of Science in Autism Studies and Applied Behavior Analysis. Her areas of interest include increasing food repertoires, functional communication training and social skills programming.
Miguel Pena is a dedicated and compassionate individual serving as a Family Liaison for the Lawrence location at Autism Care Partners. With a strong passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families affected by autism, Miguel strives to be the best version of himself in order to provide exceptional support to clients and families. Driven by a genuine desire to help others, Miguel goes above and beyond to ensure that families feel supported, informed, and empowered through their journey. Through effective communication and active listening, he establishes meaningful connections with families, understanding their unique needs and concerns.
